 A Dog's Tale 🐕.......

When you first brought me home , I was so scared,

But I had come all prepared.

Together there was lots of love we shared,

And in your actions,you really showed you cared.


I was a fur ball full of hair,

Yet together we made a good pair.

I used to run to you and cuddle,

You used to look at me all puzzled.


I used to always tear up your rug,

But you still opened your arms and accepted me with a hug.

I used to bite up all your new shoes,

And yet you would never abuse.


I was a little puppy,

And I considered myself very lucky.

Now, I'm a big grown up dog,

Going out with you for long jogs.


We are now best of friends,

And that's how we will be till the end.

I don't need your money or riches,

But as I grow old shower me with your kisses,

And promise me ,there will be no ditches.....

  My First Love 💕....... Loving you was so easy, It just felt like an ice cream, so creamy. Everything felt like a dream, And all I wanted to do was scream. You were my first love, And there would never be anyone above. I never was struck before that hour, When I saw you stand in front of me holding those flowers. Things took a turn so fast, And everything felt like a blast. Cupid shot his arrow right through my heart, And from then on I couldn't stay apart. Everyone said it's infatuation,  Just puppy love, that they will never make  through, But in my heart I knew it was only you. The Cry.....

  The Cry.....   (a cry of every street dog) Why are you humans so rude to us? What have we done to break your trust? Is it our fault we are born on the streets? When God is the one who decides where we sleep... We  dogs have to move around in packs, So that we don't lose our tracks, We stay together watching each other's back, For when we are beaten or attacked... We dogs mean no harm, we only want to charm, Even when your little ones stretch out their arms, Yet we are always hurt and misjudged, And looked upon with a grudge... Humans and vehicles hit us on roads, Yet we always come back to you'll holding up our nose, We are the only spices who are called 'faithful', Yet we live a life so painful... Everybody is looking to buy a dog of the best breed, While we sit in front of gates waiting for someone to feed, So, today this poem I write, Hoping that things will be right...
